What you will do as a US Regional Sales Manager
Lead Delator Group's sales reps while closing your own accounts. Based in Nashville, this 1099 role builds the regional sales team, coaches reps toward monthly goals and develops attorney, insurance and corporate relationships across the United States.
- Recruit, onboard and coach Delator sales reps
- Set and track monthly goals with the rep team
- Close your own B2B accounts with attorneys, insurers and companies
- Resolve lead-credit questions and escalate disputes to leadership
- Report pipeline and results to leadership
Requirements
What you need to apply
- Solid B2B sales background; legal, insurance or private investigation industry experience preferred
- Comfortable with sales software (CRM) and Microsoft Office
- Based in or near Nashville, TN
- Signed independent contractor agreement and NDA before starting
Compensation
Pay and schedule
- Standard commission on your own deals (7%–14% by service line)
- Monthly bonuses tied to team performance
- An additional 2% calculated on all commission earned by the sales reps each month
- Paid every second Friday
Schedule: Nashville-based, flexible schedule. In-person team leadership plus remote prospecting and client meetings.
