Is My Spouse Actually Cheating On Me?

A professional behavioral assessment developed by licensed veteran investigators. Answer honestly — your results are private and never stored.

Suspicion alone isn't enough — and acting on emotion without evidence can harm you legally and personally. This assessment evaluates behavioral patterns, environmental shifts, and psychological indicators that our investigators look for in the field. It does not replace a professional investigation, but it will tell you whether what you're experiencing warrants one.

Section 01 — Behavioral Shifts

Changes in daily habits & routines

Has your spouse recently become noticeably more secretive with their phone — turning it face-down, taking it everywhere (including the bathroom), or changing their passcode?

Are they working later, taking more overnight trips, or having unexplained absences that didn't previously exist?

Has there been a sudden and unexplained change in their grooming, wardrobe, or physical appearance — particularly before going to work or "errands"?

Do they leave the room or step outside to take certain phone calls?

Have they started going to the gym, taking up a new hobby, or joining a social group that they keep unusually private about?

Section 02 — Emotional & Relational Patterns

Shifts in intimacy, connection, and conflict

Has physical or emotional intimacy significantly decreased — without a medical or stress-related explanation?

Do arguments start more easily than they used to, often over minor things — as if they're looking for reasons to be upset with you?

Have they become emotionally distant — present in the home but checked out of the relationship?

When you bring up concerns or ask direct questions, do they become defensive, deflect, or turn it back on you as an accusation?

Have they expressed unusual guilt — being unexpectedly generous, overly apologetic, or overcompensating with affection?

Note: Guilt compensation is a well-documented behavioral pattern in infidelity cases.

Section 03 — Financial & Digital Indicators

Money, technology, and unexplained activity

Have you noticed unexplained charges on credit cards, bank withdrawals, or cash spending you can't account for?

Do they delete texts, call logs, or app history — or have you noticed unfamiliar apps (messaging apps, encrypted platforms, dating apps)?

Have they become unusually protective of their computer or tablet — closing screens when you walk in, or using private/incognito browsing?

Is their vehicle mileage inconsistent with where they say they've been?

Are there hotel, restaurant, or retail receipts you've found that don't match any explanation they've given?

Section 04 — Social & Third-Party Signals

Outside observers and social behavior changes

Have mutual friends, family members, or coworkers said anything — even indirectly — that raised your suspicion?

Does your spouse mention a specific person — a coworker, friend, or acquaintance — unusually often, or has a new name started coming up frequently?

Have they withdrawn from social events, family gatherings, or things they used to enjoy — or started attending them without you?

Has their online presence changed — new social media accounts, private accounts, or a drop in activity that used to be public?

Have they unfollowed you, removed photos of you two, or made your relationship less visible online?

Section 05 — Instinct & Prior History

Your gut, past patterns, and context

How long has this feeling of suspicion been with you?

Has your spouse cheated before — either in this relationship or in a prior one that you know of?

When you've asked direct questions about their whereabouts or who they were with, have you caught them in an inconsistency or outright lie?

On a gut level — setting aside all logic and justification — what does your instinct tell you?

Research consistently shows intuition in long-term partnerships carries significant predictive accuracy.

How would you describe the overall trajectory of your relationship over the past 6 months?
