What you will do as a Intake Specialist
Be the first voice clients hear. Intake Specialists answer calls and emails from attorneys and private clients, gather case details, explain services and pricing, and open new matters for our investigators and process servers. Part-time W2, 30 hours a week at $16 an hour.
- Answer client calls and emails professionally
- Gather case details and explain Delator services and pricing
- Open new matters and route them to investigators and process servers
- Keep client records accurate in our systems
Requirements
What you need to apply
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office apps (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Professional phone and email etiquette
- Reliable transportation
- Intake, reception or customer service experience preferred
Compensation
Pay and schedule
- $16 per hour, W2 with payroll tax withholding
- 30 hours a week
- Approved hours above 30 at 1.2× the base rate
- Any hours over 40 in a workweek at 1.5× as required by federal law
Schedule: Part-time, 30 hours a week in Nashville. Additional hours available with approval.
