The role
What you will do as a Hybrid Sales Specialist
Sell Delator Group's private investigation, consulting and process serving services to attorneys, law firms, insurers and businesses. You work remotely and meet clients and our team in person in Nashville as needed. Five openings, commission paid every second Friday, and no prior sales experience required.
- Prospect law firms, insurers, employers and business owners in Nashville and beyond
- Present Delator services in person and by phone, video and email
- Build long-term attorney relationships that bring repeat work
- Track leads and pipeline in our sales software (CRM)
- Work toward a monthly sales quota with support from management
Requirements
What you need to apply
- Familiarity with sales software (CRM) and Microsoft Office
- Able to attend in-person client and team meetings in Nashville
- Prior sales experience is a plus, not required
- Signed independent contractor agreement and NDA before starting
Compensation
Pay and schedule
- Process serving, courier and similar field services: 12%
- Investigations (non-consulting): 10%
- In-house consulting: 14%
- Referral or outside-jurisdiction consulting work: 7%
- Paid every second Friday once the client has paid and the job is complete
Schedule: Hybrid: remote work plus in-person client and team meetings in Nashville. No daily or weekly time quotas.
