What you will do as a Process Server
Serve legal papers across East Tennessee, including the Knoxville, Chattanooga and Tri-Cities areas, for Delator Field Services. You set your routes and earn 37% to 50% of the total billing on every completed job.
- Serve summons, complaints, subpoenas and other legal documents
- Document every attempt with GPS-stamped photos and notes
- Complete accurate affidavits of service
- Communicate status updates to our intake team
Requirements
What you need to apply
- Pass a background check
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Smartphone and comfort with field apps, email and digital forms
- Process serving experience preferred, not required
- Signed independent contractor agreement and NDA before starting
