Service AreaDelator Group provides investigative and process serving services only for matters located in, or originating in, Tennessee or Mississippi. Do not purchase a service if your matter does not currently reside in one of these two states — contact our office first if you're unsure.
No Guaranteed OutcomeAll investigative results and deliverables are produced on a good-faith, circumstantial basis. Findings depend on the availability, accuracy, and cooperation of public records, private databases, witnesses, and other sources, and on factors outside Delator's control. Delator cannot and does not guarantee that any particular result, individual, or item will be located, or that any specific outcome will be achieved.
Non-FCRA ProductsOur standard and deep-dive Background Checks and Skip Trace services are compiled for personal informational and due-diligence use only. They are not "consumer reports" under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and must not be used, in whole or in part, to make decisions about employment, credit, insurance, tenant/housing eligibility, or any other purpose covered by the FCRA. Ordering these services requires you to certify a lawful, non-FCRA use.

Pricing & PaymentFigures shown exclude any applicable tax and are current as of your order date. Fees paid cover investigative time and resources committed to your matter and are non-refundable once work has commenced.
